Born Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio on November 11, 1974, actor and film producer, Leonardo DiCaprio, is the only child of Irmelin and George DiCaprio. When he was a year old, Leonardo's parents divorced and he lived with his mother. However, little Leonardo also often spends time with his father. Apart from comics and baseball cards, Leonardo's favorite hobby is going to museums with his father.

Growing up, Leonardo who has graduated from John Marshall High School made his debut on the big screen in the horror film "Critters 3" (1991). Soon he managed to get the main role in the film "This Boy's Life" (1992) where Leonardo co-starred with Robert De Niro. Thanks to his role in the film, Leonardo's opportunities to become a famous actor are increasingly open. This is evident when he won an Oscar and Golden Globe nomination as Best Supporting Actor for his role as Johnny Depp's brother in the film "What's Eating Gilbert Grape" (1993).
